Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt
- 3 fat cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp oil
- 0.5 red chili, seeded and sliced
- 0.25 tsp salt
- a squeeze lemon
Method
- Lightly whip the yogurt in a bowl with a fork.
- Heat the oil on gentle heat and cook the garlic for a minute, stirring to avoid burning.
- Add the chili and when the garlic starts to turn pale gold, remove from heat and mix everything and the oil into the yogurt.
- Stir in the salt and lemon juice and taste.
